Location
Camp North Star will be played at a real danish summercamp, Mellerupcenteret, in southern Jutland.
Accommodation
The main building has rooms that can house 2-9 players in bunk beds.
Due to the size of the rooms players will share rooms across squads in a way that makes the most sense. You will not be asked to share a room with anyone who you have flagged (either red or yellow).
Linnen
Players will need to bring their own sleeping equipment, the location provides mattresses only. Players should bring
- A bed sheet (mandatory!)
- Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag/stuffed animals

Physical accessibility
Most of the location is on the ground floor with only a few common rooms located up a flight of stairs on the first floor. The surrounding wilderness is pretty flat and consists of a big lawn and some trees. There are no steps on the ground floor, making it pretty accessible to those with impaired mobility. There is a ramp that grants easier access to the main common room on the ground floor and from the allows access to the rest of the house.

Getting there
Car
The easiest way to get to the location is by car. There are a limited number of parking space at the location. If you arrive by car we recommend carpooling with other players to lower costs and save space. A carpool sheet will be made available closer to the LARP
Public transport
Otherwise, you can get to the location by InterCity train to Vojens station, though you will have to switch trains at Fredericia. For players arriving by train we will organize a pick-up service at the station. You can use rejseplanen.dk to find a train to Vojens station.
Age requirements
All players must have turned 16 when arriving on location. There will be made no exceptions to this rule.
Meals
Our dedicated kitchen staff will make sure that there are delicious food three times a day. When signing up, you must inform us of any dietary restrictions you might have. Our kitchen staff will then do their best to take every possible consideration when creating the meal plan fo the game. If there are any considerations that should prove impossible to accommodate, we will contact you.
